sneak peak: Camille & Brian | AZ Snowbowl |Flagstaff, AZ
Getting married at 8,000 feet has it's perks, this sunset view is one of them. It's probably one of the best views in all of Arizona. I am going to be working late nights for awhile to try and catch up on some wedding editing. All my technical probs are solved. So stay tuned for some serious blog posting. I'm challenging us to post daily.

Maureen & Scott Wedding | Arizona Snow Bowl | Flagstaff, AZ
Ahhh local Flagstaff weddings in June... it seems I am finally shooting more locally and as I always say, it's nice to work in my own backyard. Maureen and Scott were laid back and "down-to-the-fun" couple. They we SO excited to be married and they are cuddled up in nearly every photo. Love was definitely in the air. One of my favorite details was Maureen's something blue, which was a pair of Chaco sandles. It doesn't get more FLAG than that!
side note: I am going to post weddings as soon as possible to get some photos online and then add the slideshows later. Give me two weeks to figure out how to edit 3,000 images a week AND take care of a newborn. No worries. It's all about the nap times and Daddy is off work for summer!

Jacki + Jeff engagement

Two engagement sessions in Flagstaff! I love summer! Jacki and Jeff inspired me to explore a bit more of the AZ snowbowl...as they are both avid skiiers and both athletes... Matt and I shot this on Friday the 13th but everything went as if it was 7-7-07 with great weather on the peaks while it rained in town. I couldn't get enough of the "70s" light as I call it. It was a gorgeous sunset and we had a great time shooting too. I love Matt multi-tasking... he's learning so fast! We hope to shoot Jacki and Jeff's wedding in Mexico (slide show will post soon)!

Guin & Hans

No one loves a Flagstaff wedding more than I do! It's pure luxury to work in my own backyard. This wedding was at Arizona Snowbowl which boasts the best sunset in town and since it's at 9,000 feet you can see for miles. Guin and Hans live in Alaska, but met in Flagstaff at Northern Arizona University. They flew back here to share this gorgeous mountain desert with their family and friends. P.S. Another fabulous cake by Sedona Cake Couture. View slideshow here.
